E2 Optics, an award-winning woman-owned technology integrator, is looking for a Corporate Operations Support professional to manage administrative tasks and provide operational support. This role will handle a variety of responsibilities, including purchasing, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, project creation, and more. What You'll Do:
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing office supplies, and supporting team initiatives.
- Purchasing & Vendor Coordination: Manage purchase orders, credit card requests, and vendor/subcontractor services.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, transportation, and lodging for employees.
- Project Support: Assist with new project creation and support ongoing branch initiatives.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, secure, and organized.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues like shipment delays or delivery problems promptly and effectively.
- Certificate Management: Coordinate Certificate of Insurance requests for operations.
- Team Support: Organize office gatherings and team celebrations. Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Education:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of general office management or administrative support experience.
- Experience with operational functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Time Management: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
