Why we're hiring:
More and more people are turning to No-Code to build the software they need. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped over 60,000 users build their backend using Xano. Now, we're seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to enhance user journeys, improve activation rates, and boost overall conversion across our growing user base.
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the customer journey, with a track record of optimizing conversion paths and maximizing user engagement. You'll be adept at analyzing data to enhance conversion rates and overall user experience. Key responsibilities include developing and executing A/B testing strategies, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and staying at the forefront of CRO best practices. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute CRO strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experiments across digital touch points
  • Analyze user behavior data and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding processes to improve conversions
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, marketing, and development teams to enhance website usability and align CRO efforts with company objectives
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Manage the testing roadmap, prioritizing efforts based on potential impact and available resources
  • Conduct user research and implement personalization strategies to enhance user experience and conversions
  • Optimize the product's freemium model, upgrade paths, and retention strategies to reduce churn
  • Stay updated on industry trends and train team members on CRO methodologies and best practices
  • Contribute to the company's growth strategy by identifying new optimization opportunities and managing relationships with relevant third-party tools and services


Your Competencies:

  • Data analysis and interpretation skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and derive insights from large datasets, identifying patterns and trends in user behavior.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and statistical analysis: Experience designing and running tests, understanding statistical significance, and accurately interpreting results.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles: Knowledge of user-centered design practices and ability to identify and address user pain points in the conversion funnel.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools: Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Analytics with ability to set up and interpret complex tracking and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of CRO tools and platforms: Hands-on experience with tools and the ability to implement and manage testing programs.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts: Understanding of various digital channels, marketing funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Ability to implement minor code changes for testing and communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking: Capacity to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and form hypotheses based on data.
  • Strong project management skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple optimization projects, setting and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration: Skill in presenting complex data to stakeholders and working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Familiarity with software development processes: Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to align CRO efforts with product roadmaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment: Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Creative thinking for test hypotheses: Innovative approach to identifying optimization opportunities and unique testing ideas.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Strong focus on understanding and improving the customer experience, empathizing with users' needs.
  • Continuous learning attitude: Commitment to staying updated on CRO trends and expanding knowledge in related fields.
  • (PLUS) Has Basic knowledge of the No-Code industry. We are the leading No-Code Backend platform that connects to a wide variety of No-Code Front-ends. Having a basic understanding of the landscape would be a plus.


This role will require the use of your own laptop/computer.
