About the Role
We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to support our internal hiring efforts across technical and consulting roles. This person will partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—helping us grow our exceptional team.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and identify ideal profiles
- Source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and referrals
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Track and report on pipeline activity using our internal systems
- Provide hiring insights and make process recommendations as needed
Ideal Background
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in professional services, tech, or B2B SaaS
- Experience sourcing for consultants, technical roles, and client-facing hires
- Strong understanding of what it takes to recruit in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing effectively
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Breezy, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or RevOps roles
