About the role
As (Contract) Digital Asset Coordinator, you will handle and manage Crunchyroll's ever-growing library of marketing assets. You will help manage the lifecycle and workflow of assets on multiple asset management systems by applying digital naming conventions, file management, metadata, and quality control. You will support teams in gathering, ingesting, metadata tagging of our anime materials and marketing assets with opportunities to improve asset workflow and distributions.
In the role of a (Contract) Digital Asset Coordinator, you will report to the Digital Asset Manager.

About You

2+ years of experience in digital asset management.

You have a wide understanding of digital technology and experience in Asset Management systems.

You have experience managing creative assets in digital, video, and print formats for sourcing, localization, delivery, and archiving for several project needs.

You handle a high volume of assets, complex projects, and tasks for multiple marketing campaigns.

You have experience writing documentations and maintain existing standards and governance guidelines
About the Team
The Asset Management team sits within Marketing Productions and Operations. We manage the workflow of assets to support marketing and creative production for several channels, including Streaming, Theatrical, Events, E-Commerce, Home Entertainment and Music. We are dedicated to supporting and finding solutions to service marketing asset needs globally!

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
