What You'll Do
At our LA-based agency, you'll be the creative force bridging strategic vision and technical execution, focusing on content creation across social platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Creative Direction: Lead the development of innovative creative strategies that balance artistic vision with performance metrics across all social platforms
  • Production Leadership: Direct and execute shoots both in our state-of-the-art studio and on location, managing everything from talent direction to technical requirements
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics tools and performance data to continuously refine creative approaches and production techniques
  • Strategic Innovation: Develop scalable creative solutions that push boundaries while delivering measurable results
