Introduction: Move, Sword Health’s whole-body solution for a pain-free tomorrow, is seeking a creative, analytical, strategic, and driven candidate to optimize enrollments in 2025. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will develop and execute growth marketing strategies while creating compelling content to drive member enrollments, activation, and program completion across key employers, clients, and health plans in the US. Leveraging data-driven insights, channel expertise in email and/or direct mail, and exceptional content creation skills, they will play a pivotal role in helping the Move team achieve ambitious growth goals. This individual is a strong B2C writer with a deep understanding of the nuances of this style, including everything from crafting compelling subject lines and strong CTA to engaging headers and push notifications. They are equally comfortable with long-form and short-form content and are skilled at identifying and supporting key initiatives to drive growth among top clients. If you are passionate about transforming physical activity in the US and have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C environment using channels like email and direct mail, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support copywriting & content creation for email and direct mail campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing Analyst and Head of Marketing to test and optimize across channels (e.g., subject lines, email and direct mail content, landing pages).
  • Partner closely with CSMs for tier 1 clients and Customer Success to leverage top client opportunities for growth.
  • Execute thematic campaigns, webinars, and social media content, as well as member and B2B newsletters.
  • Lead the execution of member engagement and B2C acquisition campaigns across various channels (email, direct mail, webinars, social media, and client platforms) to boost enrollments and enhance program outcomes.
  • Ensure campaign excellence according to Sword’s standards through cross-functional collaboration with Design, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Clinical, and Operations teams.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on full funnel growth marketing experience, including copywriting, with a focus on email or direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier consulting company or agency 
  • In or has the ability to work PST time zone hours 
  • Expertise in analytical tools including Looker and Google sheets. Knowledge of statistical principles and test design. Mixpanel experience a huge plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence external Clients
  • Self motivated with a bias for action
  • Equally comfortable developing and executing strategies that drive enrollments and member activations and creating copy that drives action
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Creative and analytical thinker - constantly using data to identify new high impact opportunities to test and drive Move enrollments
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment
  • Deep passion for solving problems in fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience in a B2C Fitness or Wellness Platform is a plus
