As a CareDriver Operations System Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every CareDriver on the platform is compliant with national and local level policies, rules, and regulations. You’ll also ideate and build processes that maximize onboarding efficiency and improve CareDriver experience. 

You’re a self-starter with an intense drive and work ethic, a passion for our brand and our mission, and a get-things-done attitude. You’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves to help enhance the most productive and most caring community of drivers in the world. 


What you'll do

  • Provide operational and some technical support to Supply Department pertaining to systems and processes
  • Serve as point of contact and liaison for key CareDriver systems
  • Work on operational tasks and projects related to Supply Department or company initiatives impacting the CareDriver population
  • Support CareDriver requirements processes and implementation- HopSkipDrive, client, and regulatory mandated requirements
  • Develop and refine processes for CareDriver requirements and compliance
  • Conduct audits and run reports on partner platforms on a regular basis
  • Assist with CareDriver Operations expansion efforts
  • Fountain systems support as needed, including workflow editing and optimization and communication support 
  • Keep department resources up to date
  • Assist with special projects


What you bring

  • 6 -12 months of compliance or operations experience within associated roles 
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency 
  • 1 year of project management, certification preferred
  • Experience with project management software
  • Experience developing strategic initiatives and plans to accomplish those initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Self starter and able to work independently
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Relentless curiosity

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role is $25 to $27 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
