We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Shutterstock, Bain, ZoomInfo, Zulily, NewtonX and Compass.

We are seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused Campaign Manager with B2B email outreach experience to drive successful customer onboarding, campaign execution, and prospect engagement. This key position blends technical implementation, sales outreach, and customer relationship management to accelerate our revenue growth and ensure customer success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management (20%):

    • Interface with customers during onboarding and throughout campaigns

    • Conduct introductory calls and explain platform capabilities

    • Ensure alignment on goals and measurable outcomes

    • Create and review campaign performance reports with customers

  • Campaign Management (60%):

    • Set up technical infrastructure including domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems

    • Configure and validate email sending platforms and authentication protocols

    • Create, validate, and implement customer-specific B2B email outreach campaigns (including 1:1 email copy creation and QA)

    • Monitor performance metrics and resolve deliverability issues

    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

    • Upload and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach

    • Collaborate with product team to translate customer needs into product improvements

    • Help develop self-service tools and automated solutions based on implementation learnings

  • Outreach Management (20%):

    • Monitor B2B email campaign responses and categorize for follow-up

    • Engage with prospects who respond to outreach efforts

    • Book and schedule meetings between prospects and sales teams

    • Manage the conversion funnel from initial contact to qualified meeting

    • Document best practices and develop scalable outreach processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles

  • Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows 

  • Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting

  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and implement optimizations

  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Track record of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously

  • Self-motivated with high ownership mentality and meticulous attention to detail
