We are seeking an experienced Campaign Content Marketing Manager to join its team. This person will be an invaluable member of the marketing team strategizing and executing high-value content across the customer journey. They will work hand in hand with the demand generation (DG) team to develop content that powers successful campaigns for key audiences. They will also work cross-functionally to develop content programs that speak directly to customer challenges and positions People.ai as a differentiated solution in the sales AI space. 


They will also own organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube and work closely with DG to ensure paid and organic social is integrated into larger campaign strategies. This person should be a master of storytelling across many different mediums. Someone who is curious and highly organized with a get-it-done attitude will do well in this role. 

Responsibility:

  • Strategize and execute high-quality, customer-centric content including webinars, videos, customer newsletters, email copy, ad copy, social media posts, executive influencer content, blogs, and more. 
  • Own organic social media strategy and adeptly manage our social media agency. 
  • Contribute to demand generation campaign strategy as the spokesperson for the types of content that resonate with each persona at each stage of their journey. 
  • Use data to identify top performing channels and advise on reallocating resources to support those channels. 
  • Own the YouTube channel as a valuable part of our SEO and video content strategy. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal SMEs to create impactful content about customers, our product, and our partners. 
  • Developed repeatable content development processes and templates (including using AI tools) that reduce the time needed to create content. 
  • Use data to understand which topics resonate with key personas at each stage of the customer journey and report results monthly and quarterly. 
  • Edit all customer-facing content produced by the marketing team. 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years content marketing experience telling stories across channels and mediums that are closely tied to key personas, customer challenges, and use cases. 
  • Experience supporting demand generation function through content strategy and development. Is able to understand the customer lifecycle and how content impacts purchase decisions. 
  • Has years of experience working cross-functionally within marketing as well as across the organization to develop relationships with SMEs and tell compelling stories. Bonus points if they have experience managing an executive influencer program. 
  • Knows how to tell stories through video - both highly produced and low-budget. Familiarity using video editing tools.  
  • Has successfully owned strategy and management of a brand’s social media before. Is able to leverage social channels as a function of content marketing strategy. 
  • Experience demonstrating the success of programs through regular reporting. Uses data to improve future projects. 
  • Has experience successfully managing external agencies and building relationships with influencers. 
  • Effective communicator who accurately explains their viewpoints with respect so as to be an internal role model for others. Questions the status quo with the goal of improving processes and outcomes. 
  • Is able to fully own their function and work independently on projects from start to finish.
  • Process-oriented with a passion for creating content systems that are documented and easy to follow. 
  • Is a word wizard who loves grammar and helping make other people’s work more impactful.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $80,000 to $115,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
