cBEYONData is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our federal client in their financial management applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users
- Provide in-person, phone or email assistance to customers in response to calls on specific client business applications (e.g. DAI Oracle Financials, OBIEE)
- Ensure a timely process through which problems are controlled - includes problem resolution, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps
- Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Perform accounting reconciliation in DAI
- Perform root cause analysis and create solution alternatives
- Create and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in general information technology
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in ERP systems is preferred (e.g. Oracle Financials)
- Must be skilled in oral communications and demonstrate positive customer relations techniques
- Active Secret clearance
