Role
We're looking for a Busines Developer to join our growing sales team at BeReal. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving our outbound sales efforts and identifying new business opportunities in the advertising space.
- Identify, source, and pitch digital advertising opportunities to potential clients
- Execute outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and automation tools
- Engage with small and mid-market clients to build and nurture long-term relationships
- Drive deal growth through effective communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain detailed sales reporting
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Support the team in various business development initiatives
- Participate in the expansion of our advertiser base
Profile
- English bilingual
- Strong interest in outbound lead generation and business development
- High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hunter mindset and competitive spirit
- Rigorous approach to data and pipeline management
- Previous outbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in social media and advertising industry
