How you will make history here…

Join our North American Foodservice (NAFS) team to make a significant impact on our expanding portfolio in the branded Snacks segment. You will set brand strategy, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and achieve sales and profit targets for all Snacks brands. These brands include Goldfish and Lance crackers, Kettle Brand and Cape Cod potato chips, and Snyder’s of Hanover pretzels. The North American Foodservice division focuses on all out-of-home channels.

What you will do…

  • Brand Development:  Lead integrated business planning, with strong focus on the demand step, for all SKUs in the Snacks portfolio.  Collaborate with cross functional team of Sales, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver financial objectives. Strength turning data into action mining for operator insights, managing the P&L, and tracking and forecasting the business.
  • Marketing and Sales Activation:  Lead the development of targeted marketing plans across all relevant customer and consumer touchpoints. Work with marketing agency of record to develop communication plans.  Partner with the US sales organization to develop training and selling tools required to tell a consistent brand story and drive business growth.
  • Brand Strategy and Innovation:  Lead the development of annual strategic and operating plans for Snacks portfolio. Oversee development of three-year innovation pipeline, supporting team in all aspects from sprints to in-market execution.
  • Influencing and Thought Leadership:  Lead the organization on changing the way NAFS goes to market by demonstrating the role that Foodservice channels can play in overall brand strategy. Be an active voice in cross-division IBP meetings, seeking clarity and finding ways to increase efficient decision making.
  • Leading People:  Ensure proper training, coaching, performance reviews, and career development opportunities for 2 direct reports.

Who will you work with…

  • You will report to AVP, Marketing – NAFS
  • You will lead and inspire 2 direct reports (ABM and Sr. ABM)
  • Snacks retail marketing team
  • Cross functional teams in sales, finance, etc.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience, with heavy experience in brand management.
  • Experience as a people manager required for external applicants

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • CPG/Food experience
  • Foodservice experience or B2B Marketing Experience a strong plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$137,000-$197,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
