The Job:

The Brand Manager, DEWALT Activation, you will be part of the Dewalt team working as a remote employee. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies, including, but not limited to, supporting new product launches, marketing campaigns, creative media strategies, and much more for North America activations within the Commercial and Industrial business units.

  • Manage marketing campaigns and create comprehensive media plans to deliver on objectives alongside Senior Brand Manager.
  • Partner with Global Brand team to ensure alignment on brand messaging and positioning.
  • Demonstrate evidence of translating business priorities into brand objectives, strategies and plans.
  • Develop media plans and define campaign objectives alongside the Digital marketing team and external agencies to propose, advise, and execute those plans, as well as make recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep cross-functional teams, including internal Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Shopper Marketing, informed and engaged on marketing plans to drive business growth in the Commercial and Industrial channels.
  • Partner with our internal insights team to understand how our user segments experience the brand to create end-user driven campaigns that deliver clear consumer understanding across all touchpoints.
  • Work with the Creative Studio team to create meaningful and relevant content for marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Strong cross functional leadership and proven success leading projects and delivering on time.

The Person:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution.
  • Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leveraging insights to drive decisions, and reporting out on performance.
