Who We Are

O Positiv is a Los Angeles-based health & wellness brand built on the idea that small acts of self-care produce positive outcomes. We’ve created the first-ever PMS supplement, FLO Vitamins, designed to make periods and the symptoms that come with them more tolerable. Along with FLO we have products spanning many women’s health topics such as menopause, sexual health, pregnancy, and many more to come. Our team is small-yet-mighty, with big ambitions and an entrepreneurial spirit. We are a growth-stage startup gaining serious traction (check us out in Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg, and Business Insider), with a strong brand presence and some amazing advisors. We’re growing quickly, and we’ll give you the opportunity to do the same.

Your Role

We're done with the stigma around women's health needs. At O Positiv, we’re not shy about speaking up on taboo topics and empower women to accomplish more with flavorful, effective products that are easy to love. We’re looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of unforgettable brand moments—from social content and influencer gifting to brand activations and on-site events.

This is a highly hands-on, detail-oriented role that sits at the intersection of brand, PR, events, and operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves getting into the nitty gritty, and has a passion for building culture and community through creative brand work. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, detail-oriented, make-it-happen mentality and passionate about fostering relationships that elevate the brand. This role reports directly to the Head of Brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage PR gifting logistics—assembling PR boxes, tracking requests, managing inventory, coordinating shipments with People Ops and supporting ongoing relationship management through timely communication
  • Manage the brand physical resources—organizing shelves, restocking products, and flagging inventory needs
  • Provide on-the-ground support for all brand events: assist with setup, breakdown, guest check-in, and gifting
  • Assist with daily brand team needs, including research, asset organization, and campaign production timelines
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and Facilities team to keep event and content operations running smoothly
  • Comfortable creating content, including being in front of the camera for social or brand-led initiatives.
  • Captures clear, actionable notes during meetings to help drive alignment, track next steps, and support cross-functional execution.
  • Comfortable serving as the face of the brand at events, professionally greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming and on-brand experience.
  • Manages logistics and maintains organized calendars for brand initiatives, events, and team activities to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, events, PR, or production coordination
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
    • Deep knowledge of social media platforms
    • Experience with influencer relations, content support, or event logistics
    • Comfortable managing inventory, packing/shipping logistics, and handling multiple projects at once
    • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Interpersonal:
    • A highly organized multitasker who thrives in the details
    • Willingness to get hands-on and support wherever needed—no task too small
    • Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
    • Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented

Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $60,000- $70,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

  • Job Type: Full-time

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
