Looking for a recent grad or someone with 1-2 years experience who is excited about joining a fast growing startup, diving deep into data, and working across numerous stakeholders to help them leverage insights to improve day to day operations.
The main focus of this role will be to support the Factory Operations team in data analysis, data visualization, and building tools and dashboards to actually impact workflow efficiency across the factory.
They will sit directly within the Factory Operations team to ensure that they are close to the subject matter and stakeholders that they will be primarily working with.
The ideal candidate has some experience in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python) but more importantly is capable of quickly learning new skills in the field. Additionally, they should have strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize and serve stakeholders across the organization.

Key Activities
- Understanding Stakeholder Needs: Collaborating with key individuals across factory ops to understand their data and visualization needs.
- Writing SQL Queries: creating SQL commands to retrieve and combine data across Hadrian tech stack.
- Building Dashboards & Visualizations: Leveraging data to build materials that help stakeholders across the factory better understand their operations and make decisions.
- Performing Ad-Hoc Analysis: Leading or assisting ad-hoc data investigations to help deep dive the system, find insights, and inform decision making.
- Building “No Code” Tooling: Developing solutions in tools such as Retool to help factory team become more efficient in day to day decisions until software can formally serve that need.

Qualifications
- Located or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA
- Can attend in-office 5 days / week at our factory in Torrance, CA
- Bachelors degree; open to all majors
- 1-2 years of full time job experience or 1-2 reputable college internships
- Nice to Have: extracurriculars focused on entrepreneurship, technology, business
