ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a results-oriented Associate Media Planner to join its Global Media Planning & Buying team. Reporting to the Manager, Media, this role will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of global offline media campaigns, from strategy development and budget management, to execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the offline media landscape, including but not limited to TV, CTV/OTT, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Direct Mail, and OOH. You have experience defining relevant KPIs (e.g., CPVs, response rates, reach, iCAC), as well as working knowledge of different buying strategies (direct vs. programmatic), optimization levers, and measurement methodologies to drive growth and performance.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Oversee daily budget pacing and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Assist in developing short- and long-term media testing roadmaps.
- Provide input on creative assets, ensuring they adhere to channel best practices and align with media objectives.
- Manage the creative asset handoff and trafficking process, coordinating with internal and external teams for smooth execution.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensuring all stakeholders meet key milestones for seamless campaign launches.
- Collaborate with the media agency to drive strategic execution against goals and KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Global Media Strategy, Product & Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Analytics).
- Support post-campaign analysis, synthesizing key learnings for future planning.
- Continuously research and identify new, innovative offline marketing tactics.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 2+ years of experience in offline media planning in North America (experience across the UK, Germany, or Australia is a plus).
- Understanding of offline media measurement methodologies, such as MMM, MTA, burst attribution modeling, pixel-based tracking, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, implement findings into channel strategies, and communicate key takeaways.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- High level of proficiency in Google Suite; (Looker experience is a plus).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and media-related formulas.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a proactive self-starter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in DTC and/or subscription-based businesses is a plus.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$84,254—$109,530 USD
