ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking an Art Director with experience in 360 campaign development to support our expanding video game marketing team. You’ll craft stunning visuals and big ideas for 360 and integrated campaigns, new business pitches, and more. You love the challenge of selling your ideas and work. You love gaming, the internet, and creating cool things, no matter what form they take. Your concepts feel fresh and culturally relevant, strategic, and concise. You’re big on collaboration and love creating fun, witty, innovative visuals for different channels and styles. 
IMPORTANT CALL-OUTS ABOUT THE JOB

  • Candidates must be located on the West Coast of the US.
  • Our art directors love creating enticing and innovative marketing and advertising content, with experience in 360-degree or integrated campaigns of all kinds.
  • Your pitch deck game must be strong.  Really strong!  We would LOVE it if you could provide samples of your pitch work, if appropriate.
  • A portfolio showcasing your art direction work samples is required upon application for this role.
  • A love for video games is important - video game campaign experience is highly preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create visuals and images for campaign-level 360 branding and integrated campaigns (gameplay trailers, live-action videos, influencer marketing & experiential activations, social/digital, and more)
  • Collaborate closely and ideate with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan the campaign
  • Create pitch decks and presentations 
  • Work fluidly across channels and platforms
  • Assist teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction
  • Implement feedback received from internal and client teams
  • Proactively track, prioritize, organize, plan, and implement tasks
  • Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience as an Art Director for a 360-degree / integrated marketing agency - 3-5+ years of art direction experience required
  • An award-winning or award-worthy portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail
  • Proven experience developing campaign-level ideation
  • Your pitch deck game is strong
  • This is a role that requires a flexible, adaptable, calm, and creative individual
  • Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and friendly
  • Must be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure, with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple projects successfully
  • Must be able to apply knowledge, experience, and learnings to real situations to help solve problems
