Americor is seeking an AI Compliance Specialist to join our team. The AI Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the quality assurance (QA) of AI-generated call transcripts, insights, and scorecards. This includes analyzing call data and verifying the accuracy of AI predictions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in communication compliance and customer interactions within the financial services industry, particularly within Americor.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate AI-generated call transcripts, insights, and scorecards to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Analyze customer calls to verify the precision of AI-generated predictions and identify potential improvements.
  • Assist in creating and curating datasets to improve the AI model's accuracy and relevance, focusing on communication patterns and compliance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the AI system's compliance capabilities based on call analysis and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with AI developers, data analysts, and compliance officers to ensure alignment between AI outputs and compliance requirements.
  • Identify trends and patterns in call analysis to support ongoing improvement of AI models and processes.
  • Common sense analysis of AI prompts and context to help Tech team to improve AI quality.
  • Engage in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams focused on leveraging AI to enhance our customer service and compliance efforts.

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ year of experience in the Americor Compliance team, Americor Customer Service, or as an Americor Debt Consultant.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry in roles involving direct customer communication or communication compliance.
  • Strong understanding of communication compliance standards in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Americor workflow processes, and communication standards.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights to improve AI predictions.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus but is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • High level of accuracy in reviewing call transcripts and identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in our Irvine, CA office.
