As we expand our footprint and grow our business, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven, and highly motivated Affiliate Sales Director to join our team.

The Role:

This role will be responsible for building and nurturing their affiliate e-commerce book of business, selling into opportunities for BrandCycle, Reviewed.com and StackCommerce as well as providing end-to-end management of secured investments. As a senior member of the brand partnerships team, this individual will run point on top revenue-generating accounts and will be a key point person in all brand-related business decisions.

Types of Work You’ll Do:

Revenue Generation and Book of Business Development:

  • Manage a personal portfolio of high-value brand partners, ensuring growth through deal-closing, upselling, and strategic retention efforts.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and content publisher spaces.
  • Secure commission increases, paid placement fees, sponsored articles, and influencer campaigns from brands, aligned with company-wide and individual growth goals.
  • Actively pursue new brand partners, working cross-functionally to integrate and activate new brands into our ecosystem.

Sales Operations, Investment Execution and Reporting:

  • Effectively use established sales processes, tools (including HubSpot CRM), and systems to track individual performance and ensure accountability.
  • Liaison with internal influencer and marketing teams to schedule and execute brand campaigns. Overseeing timing, message and quality of all brand merchandising. Merchandising channels include email, social media, on-site, network and mobile notifications.
  • Report weekly on individual progress against revenue targets, providing insights to the Head of Revenue and leadership team.
  • Identify advertiser trends and emerging opportunities within the influencer marketing, content, and affiliate e-commerce sectors to keep BrandCycle, Reviewed.com and StackCommerce at the forefront of the industry.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success in a sales partnerships role with experience in affiliate marketing. Experience in influencer marketing and/or content-driven e-commerce is a plus.
  • A strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with a proven ability to close high-value deals and drive revenue growth.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of influencer and affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, Partnerize, Awin, Rakuten, Amazon Influencer, LTK, etc.)
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and trust with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly meticulous, creative, and determined, passionate about driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive sales materials.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align sales objectives with broader company goals.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g.,HubSpot).
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $113,300-153,400 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
