Our in-house affiliate program for StackSocial.com is designed to help publishers and affiliates diversify their revenue streams with curated deals and exclusive offers.

The Role:

StackCommerce is seeking an Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our in-house affiliate program for StackSocial.com. This role will focus on identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliates, activating new partners, and optimizing existing relationships through strategic execution. The ideal candidate must have deep affiliate industry knowledge and be an advanced user of Impact’s SaaS platform. Familiarity with other affiliate tracking platforms, such as AWIN, is a plus.

Must be based in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Activation: Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliates to expand the StackSocial.com affiliate program.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations on partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Create and execute an effective onboarding process, providing affiliates with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue within the affiliate channel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category management, merchandising, account management and business development teams to align affiliate strategies with company objectives.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Impact’s platform and other tracking tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate industry and partner monetization strategies
  • Advanced user of Impact’s SaaS platform with experience in reporting, optimization, and affiliate management
  • Familiarity with other tracking platforms such as AWIN, CJ, Partnerize is a plus
  • Proven track record of recruiting and managing affiliate partners
  • Experience with negotiating contracts and optimizing commission structures
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure incremental program growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, publisher monetization models, or media partnerships is a plus

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $71,000 - $96,100 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
