About the role

Passionate about finance? Your next opportunity will assist our Accounting team with end-to-end financial tasks. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Intern who can help keep our process organized and streamlined. Based in our modern Irvine office you will be immersed in every aspect of our accounting environment.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, you’ll mainly be involved with:

• Assisting with data entry and accounting tasks
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Reviewing invoices ensuring accuracy
• Reconciling balance sheets and tracking journal entry
• Other tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Think you could make a difference here? We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the welfare of our team. You’ll want to make an impact from day one. You will also have the following:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business, accounting, commerce, or related field
• 3rd year undergraduate or above with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in teams.
