As an Account Director at Sensor Tower, you will have insights into the world’s digital economy at your fingertips. You will leverage Sensor Tower's platform insights and your ever-growing mobile industry knowledge to consult our Enterprise clients as they do competitive research and make key business decisions. Your knowledge and customer relationships will help to grow account value via renewals and upsells, while ensuring that customers are capturing the utmost value from the Sensor Tower platform. This is an opportunity to become an expert in the mobile industry and work with top executives within it.


Base Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 + Variable

What you will do:

  • Manage a book of gaming business (mobile/PC/Console) throughout the US and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsells.
  • Have c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform.
  • Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Proactively understand the clients’ business to provide competitive insights and trends.
  • Follow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impact.
  • Understand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to - manage expectations on feature requests and releases.
  • Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.

What you will do:

  • Experience in an account management role working with a SaaS platform that focuses on data strategy.
  • Managed accounts focused on the gaming business (mobile/PC/Console).
  • Ability to present and pitch complex data solutions in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
  • Self-starting attitude, great written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong seller and understanding of digital media landscape.
  • Experience renewing and upselling SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet technologies (MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet).
