We need an English-fluent SEO & Website Optimization Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content for better search visibility.
  • Conduct audits, analyze site performance, identify technical SEO issues, and implement improvements (e.g., crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization).
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities for content and on-site optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure that content is optimized for SEO, addressing both keyword strategies and user intent.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
  • Assess website flow, navigation, and user interface to enhance usability and streamline the user journey.
  • Regularly test website layouts, designs, and calls to action to improve conversion rates and user interaction.
  • Work closely with web developers, content teams, and digital marketers to ensure alignment between SEO strategies, design, and overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO optimization and web design/UX workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with technical SEO and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to perform website audits and analyze user behavior to improve performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach to work and problem-solving.

It´s a Plus:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Lighthouse).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, including an understanding of real estate terminology, trends, and best practices for real estate websites.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
