As Wipfli Pride Business Resource Group’s communications chair, Paulson works to communicate and educate throughout the firm to advance a more inclusive culture. Wipfli Pride recently introduced pronoun and inclusive language training, as part of a larger program, which has graduated 10 trainers equipped to strengthen associates’ understanding of gender inclusivity. Additionally, Wipfli Pride has partnered with Wipfli’s charitable trust, the Wipfli Foundation, to support organizations like GLAAD, PFLAG, GLSEN, The Trevor Project and National Center for Transgender Equality.

If Alex Yeh had to distill Wipfli’s culture into one word, it would be “nurturing.” In his role, his overarching responsibilities are to maximize the value his team delivers to clients and to support his colleagues as they solve myriad challenges. That feeling of support goes both ways, too. “People are not only willing to help out — they are willing to help you grow,” Yeh said. “I’m invested in my team members’ success and can confidently say they are invested in mine.” With ongoing projects in the works with Wipfli’s design team, Yeh has no hesitation that the camaraderie will continue.
