Enforce safety/EHS compliance, respond to after-hours incidents, coordinate work requests and schedules, support energy efficiency initiatives, and train staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors.

Provide administrative and operational support for Corporate Services, managing request intake, vendor coordination, catering and pantry operations, invoice and budget tracking, documentation and SOPs, cross-functional stakeholder communication, periodic service walkthroughs, and process improvements to maintain workplace services and employee amenities.

Manage client relationships and coordinate post-production services (dailies, editorial, finishing, archival). Serve as primary client contact, prepare proposals/quotes, support revenue tracking, promote virtual production offerings, align internal resources, and identify opportunities to grow StudioPost business while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead payroll and timekeeping operations, enforce compliance with labor laws and union agreements, manage teams, improve processes and controls, reconcile reports, partner with HR and Finance, leverage data for workforce planning, and ensure operational continuity and service excellence.

Support episodic post-production by coordinating schedules, tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets, and documentation. Assist Project Managers with client communication, shift handoffs, issue tracking and escalation, scheduling coordination, billing support, and process improvements.

Design, implement, validate, and sustain safety-related ride and show control systems. Troubleshoot downtime events, generate engineering changes, review vendor designs, produce documentation and maintenance procedures, support commissioning and major overhauls, and perform root cause analysis to improve reliability and safety.

Lead a compliance and risk engineering pillar to design, deliver, and operate regulatory automation, AI/ML, and risk-control platforms. Own roadmap, reliability, incident and defect management, stakeholder communication with Legal/Cyber/Compliance, and hiring and growth of software and quality engineering teams across global jurisdictions.

Lead ownership and evolution of NBCUniversal's CLM platform (Malbek). Configure workflows, manage roadmap and vendor relationships, gather requirements, design solutions, drive CLM expansion, implement AI-enabled contracting features, support testing and change adoption, and measure adoption and efficiency through KPIs and reporting.
