Troubleshoot technical issues, assign maintenance work, maintain asset data, and ensure safe, efficient, compliant facility operations.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence products, including vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and launches. The role also assists Project Managers, maintains stakeholder relationships, supports workflow improvements, and helps ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.

Coordinate production support projects from intake through completion, managing schedules, labor, budgets, approvals, billing, documentation, service tickets, calendars, and reporting.
