Manages enterprise compliance initiatives focused on data compliance, governance, regulatory change, controls, audits, and policy adherence. The role also handles high-volume communications, special requests, meetings, and departmental projects while maintaining accurate schedules and service commitments.

Leads the architecture and deployment of AI-powered agentic workflows and automation across DreamWorks’ animation production pipeline. Designs frameworks, integrates digital content creation tools, manages telemetry, evaluates AI models, and delivers reliable production-ready tools. Partners with artists, engineers, platform teams, and security teams to reduce manual work, establish standards, monitor performance, drive adoption, and measure productivity impact. The role also includes prototyping, documentation, training, and mentoring across technical and creative departments.

Owns the lifecycle of GenAI-powered products spanning machine learning systems, media workflows, metadata, and enterprise integrations. Defines requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and product priorities; partners with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, vendors, and business stakeholders; evaluates model quality, cost, latency, and performance; validates and improves products post-launch; and mentors junior Product Managers.

Owns product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, delivery, testing, and post-launch improvement for GenAI-powered media products. Partners with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, stakeholders, and vendors to translate technical capabilities into scalable products. Evaluates model quality, performance, cost, and latency; presents product updates and recommendations; identifies reusable AI capabilities; and mentors junior Product Managers.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and optimization of enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence products. Translates stakeholder needs into product requirements, partners with engineering and architecture teams, leads grooming and demos, performs data analysis, coordinates testing and incident management, and oversees vendor performance, compliance, documentation, and operational improvements.

Leads NBCUniversal’s enterprise privacy product portfolio, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution. Translates privacy regulations and internal standards into scalable capabilities such as consent, preference, and consumer rights management. Partners with engineering, legal, security, data, and operations teams to deliver compliant products, integrate SaaS platforms, manage stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives across a large organization.

Manage NBCUniversal’s enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System and connected information systems. Responsibilities include system administration, configuration, workflows, integrations, security, data governance, testing, deployments, vendor coordination, user training, and support. The role partners with Facilities, Office Services, Maintenance, MRO, and Service Center teams to improve space management, work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, inventory, purchasing, and service processes. This is a full-time onsite position.

Supports solutions architecture and integration delivery across NBCUniversal’s advertising technology ecosystem. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping interfaces and data flows, coordinating technical workstreams, developing test and launch-readiness materials, troubleshooting integrations, documenting architecture and processes, and supporting production validation. The role collaborates with product, engineering, QA, operations, and integration teams across streaming, broadcast, programmatic, measurement, and ad-serving workflows. It also uses approved AI tools for analysis, documentation, testing, issue triage, and repeatable workflow automation with human validation.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping interfaces and data flows, coordinating technical workstreams, developing test plans, troubleshooting logs and ad requests, supporting launch readiness, and maintaining architecture documentation and runbooks. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and integration teams while using and validating AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation, testing, and workflow improvement.

Lead a compliance and risk engineering pillar to design, deliver, and operate regulatory automation, AI/ML, and risk-control platforms. Own roadmap, reliability, incident and defect management, stakeholder communication with Legal/Cyber/Compliance, and hiring and growth of software and quality engineering teams across global jurisdictions.

Lead ownership and evolution of NBCUniversal's CLM platform (Malbek). Configure workflows, manage roadmap and vendor relationships, gather requirements, design solutions, drive CLM expansion, implement AI-enabled contracting features, support testing and change adoption, and measure adoption and efficiency through KPIs and reporting.

Provides sustaining and project engineering support for theme park rides and attractions. Troubleshoots mechanical and structural issues, performs redesigns, manages design-to-installation projects, develops specifications and acceptance tests, oversees vendors and installations, and ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also coordinates cross-functional engineering activities, maintains technical documentation, reviews engineering changes, supports new attraction development, and mentors associate engineers.
