Headquartered in Arcadia, Workflow Intelligence Nexus, or WIN for short, was recently acquired by DataCore Software, a Florida-based storage infrastructure provider. As a workflow services and software firm, WIN specializes in deploying and automating media workflows using cloud-based and AI-powered solutions.
WIN develops software that helps businesses optimize their efficiency. The company has established partnerships with global media and entertainment customers, and its solutions helped integrate with media asset management systems that can automate more than 400 workflows that were previously done manually.
This acquisition expands DataCore’s Perifery business unit, which focuses on managing data across core, cloud and edge environments for high-growth markets such as media and entertainment and healthcare. The addition of WIN will allow media organizations to use automated workflows that facilitate faster decision-making and accelerate the execution of their workflows.
