Bust out those digital wallets, because Newegg is now accepting Bitcoin worldwide.

The tech-focused e-retailer announced on Wednesday that it will begin accepting the cryptocurrency in stores across 73 countries. The company was one of the first to partner with BitPay to facilitate Bitcoin transactions in the U.S. and Canada in 2014. This move expands on the success of that adoption, said Anthony Chow, Newegg president of global sales, in a statement.

“Five years ago, we were one of the first major online shopping destinations to accept Bitcoin, and our early-adopter customers were quick to embrace this new payment option,” Chow said. “Broadening the ability to pay with Bitcoin to the majority of our global network underscores our commitment to bring innovation to the online shopping experience, and answers customers’ growing preference for our Bitcoin payment option.”

Newegg’s expansion into Bitcoin continues a growing trend of companies accepting Bitcoin.  These days you can use the digital currency to buy a cell phone plan through AT&T, buy Xbox games directly from Microsoft, make a donation to Wikipedia, purchase furniture at Overstock and pay for space travel at Virgin Galactic. And while Amazon doesn’t directly accept Bitcoin — yet — users can use the currency through the Purse.io extension.

Founded in 2001 and based in City of Industry, California, Newegg serves more than 38 million users around the world. Those consumers can now use the digital currency to purchase electronics, entertainment products, smart home systems and gaming gear. Newegg also sells graphics cards, commonly used to mine Bitcoin, which in turn can be used to buy more graphics cards in a never-ending Bitcoin loop. Think of the possibilities.
