Position Summary:
Framework Security seeks a Customer Success Manager who embodies a profound passion for cybersecurity, exhibits unparalleled customer service skills, and possesses a strong acumen for sales and marketing. Positioned in Los Angeles and operating within a flexible hybrid work model, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fortifying client relationships, stimulating sales growth, and broadening our market presence. This role is not just about managing client accounts; it's about proactively advocating for our specialized cybersecurity services, ensuring our clients receive optimal solutions tailored to their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Forge robust partnerships with clients, offering a consultative approach to delivering solutions such as risk assessments, penetration testing, and Virtual CISO services tailored to their cybersecurity requirements.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:  Commit to unparalleled client satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely, effective responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and proactively managing feedback to ensure a seamless client experience.
  3. Sales and Marketing Support:  Collaboratively work with the partners to design and refresh sales proposals, decks, and collateral, ensuring these materials are not only compelling but also accurately reflect our latest offerings, insights, and the unique value proposition of our services.
  4. Strategic Marketing Collaboration:  Engage in close collaboration with the managing partners to spearhead marketing initiatives, devising and implementing strategies that effectively showcase the value of our services, captivate potential clients, and significantly enhance our market footprint.
  5. Industry and Market Insight:  Maintain a solid understanding of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and opportunities, leveraging this vital information to refine sales strategies, adapt service offerings, and provide informed, strategic advice to our clients.


Requirements:

  1. Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with the capability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
  2. Experience: Demonstrated success in roles centered around customer service, sales support, or marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background in cybersecurity, IT, or consulting sectors.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Mac OS and SaaS platforms to enhance service delivery, create and update sales materials, and support client systems.
  4. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of meaningful relationships, effective negotiation, and the ability to influence decision-makers across various industries.
  5. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity.  It's not an absolute requirement for the perfect candidate.
