The Director of Product of Ad Technology will lead the Ad Product Management team. You will be responsible for current and future ad tech which includes our proprietary mediation, ad serving and exchange technology. You will set out the future vision as well as drive the prioritization of tasks working closely with engineering leadership on product/feature deliver. With a dedicated team, you will work to support the biggest names in digital/mobile advertising, driving more revenue and sold impressions based on your deep knowledge of how drive efficient and effective campaigns.
You will lead the process of defining and driving the feature roadmap for our ad technology suite. You'll have a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and making bets on the future of mobile advertising. You will partner with our System Solution Engineer and have a dedicated engineering team to build out the vision and future capabilities. You'll have a significant impact on our business and will be passionate about advertising, mobile, and gaming.
Responsibilities:
- Leader and vision holder for the Ad Technology Team as it relates to overall strategy.
- Define product roadmap and strategy. Prioritize engineering backlog regularly.
- Set forward a data strategy for the use in the ad technology stack.
- Research and evaluate new technology and/or solutions to benefit monetization
- Develop, prioritize and execute product strategies that drive the efficacy and capabilities of our ad technology suite comprised of mobile client and server components
- Maintain a standard of quality for all releases, ensuring new features as well as backwards compatibility are working as expected.
- Understand and translate the needs and business objectives of internal and external stakeholders to derive product requirements
- Engage with the client and server engineering teams at a detailed technical level to execute the vision
- Drive feature prioritization, product requirements and process to improve product effectiveness and usability over time
- Proactively provide customer and business context to engineering team
- Express complex concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming innovations and capabilities in mobile advertising with specific regard to real time bidding
Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of experience in a product management role, with a successful track record of designing, building and launching products
- Previous people management experience
- Software Development/Engineering background highly desired
- Knowledge of mobile display advertising technology is a must, specifically ad serving and/or monetization systems including but not limited to: Ad SDKs, RTB, MRAID, VAST, VPAID, Native, Client vs Server architectures
- Strong partner management skills, deeply versed on data/features that are attractive to SSPs and potential advertisers
- Previous experience with data encryption, protection and DMPs

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The pay range annual base salary for this role is $175,000-$225,000.
