Primary Objectives:

As a Senior Project Manager, you hold a pivotal role in surpassing client expectations and steering successful online market research projects to fruition. Your responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to data delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest standard. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented leader capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects in a dynamic environment.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity, emphasizing complex studies and high-priority accounts.
  • Assume project ownership while working in a team environment to meet client needs.
  • Create a project roadmap that clearly defines goals, timelines, and the parties involved in meeting the project objectives.
  • Provide a high level of client service to build long-term relationships with clients, ensure client objectives are met, provide optimization recommendations, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solid skillset with various research methodologies within the quantitative and qualitative market research space. (e.g.; max/diff, conjoints, market sizing, mobile / geo-fencing studies, IHUTs, online focus groups etc.
  • Highly knowledgeable in best practices for conducting market research throughout the entire research process (e.g.: from screening logic to question types to fielding and data delivery)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delegate tasks to team members to ensure we deliver excellence to our clients
  • Manage all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team members, and any external partners through all critical project lifecycle including:
  • Leading kick-off meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Questionnaire ‘logic & content’ review and optimization for survey programming
  • Survey scripting
  • Sample & quota design
  • Survey program testing
  • Fieldwork launch and data quality checks
  • Fieldwork monitoring
  • Fieldwork close
  • Data Processing delivery (ensuring accuracy)
  • Data visualization support
  • Invoicing
  • Project debriefs
  • Manage and maintain the highest quality standards in all aspects of delivery and data and meeting project timelines.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve project issues and changes that impact timing, require additional fees (scope creep), and effectively communicate these areas to internal team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and outsourcing vendors to deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Supports existing account relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable, and mutually beneficial with the goal of securing repeat business
  • Responsible for reporting and effectively communicating project metrics (i.e.; incidence rate, completion rate, timelines, and client preferences to internal stakeholders and colleagues.)
  • Maintain a positive example for junior and global staff; including mentoring and helping develop their project management skills, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • 6+ years of market research experience ideally within the project management/operations function or with relevant experience in managing market research projects from inception to completion
  • Solid understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Highly effective and influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members across a global environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects with a results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, eye for detail, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
  • Passion for learning new technologies.
  • Proficient with Word & Excel
  • proficient with G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sites)
  • Well versed with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, Dimensions, etc.)


The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience
  • Familiar with CRM-based solutions is a plus (i.e NetSuite, Salesforce, etc)

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
