The Role

Our Sr. Financial Settlement Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely financial settlement of events for high-level, high-volume clients. Responsibilities will encompass running advanced settlement reports, leading reconciliation projects, and collaborating closely with finance teams to maintain precise financial records using the AXS ticketing platform.

What you will do

  • Work with our high-level clients’ finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate financial settlement of events using the AXS ticketing platform
  • Run advanced settlement reports for clients settled on weekly basis track revenues and liabilities for high-level clients
  • Lead reconciliation and critical financial analysis projects with high financial impact
  • Calculate complex, high-volume settlement amounts and fees for events sold in the AXS system to support payments to clients
  • Assist manager in overseeing collaboration with our accounting team to produce journal entries that provide general ledger support
  • Accurately audit our higher level fee structures based on large client contracts
  • Provide reporting to our high priority clients to support settlement payments and invoices
  • Assist large and more complex venue partners with reporting and financial issues related to AXS ticketing

Qualifications (ALL)

  • 2 - 4 years Financial Operations, Accounting or a similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, settlement processes, preferably in the entertainment or ticketing industry
  • Strong understanding of financial transactions, settlements, and reconciliation processes
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel required, including pivot tables and some macros
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to handle complex financial calculations and interpret data accurately
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity in using ticketing platforms preferred
  • BA/BS Degree in Finance preferred


Pay scale $22.49 - $32.80
