Job Summary
An OnPrem Senior Consultant will engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects ranging from organization and process reviews to IT strategies through implementation of technology solutions and/or recommendations. You will work on a project team of other consultants and/or a Project Manager at a client site. You may have an opportunity to mentor an Analyst and/or Consultant on your team. Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business. You will contribute by providing initial reviews of deliverables providing feedback, identifying risks/issues and providing mitigation strategies, providing project status to your Project Manager and/or client, and assisting in leading client meetings (e.g. stakeholder interviews, workshops, status updates, etc.).
Join Us (Requirements)
- 3– 4 years consulting experience at an established consulting company (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Cap Gemini, PWC)
- Trained on process and/or technology methodology (e.g., Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Trained and Implemented in an Agile environment, waterfall SDLC)
- BA/BS
- Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Experience excelling in a team environment
- Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines
- Strong organizational and “follow-through” skills
- Above average work ethic
- An innovative spirit
- Attention to detail
- 2 – 5 years consulting/system integration experience
- Experience on a team implementing package or custom solutions (at least 2)
- Exposure to end-to-end SDLC (requirements analysis, design, development management, testing and delivery)
- Agile/Scrum a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Completion of a degree, preferably engineering
- History of success throughout academic and business career
- Exposure to Media and Entertainment Industry a plus
