First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will provide project management and analytical support to our senior sales leadership team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses exemplary organizational skills and business acumen. The Sales Enablement Specialist will support multiple senior leadership members on our sales team with business intelligence/reporting analytics with accuracy and efficiency.
In addition, the Sales Enablement Specialist will also lend great support into market research, business cases, RFP, executive summary/recap and/or vendor management. On a regular basis, the Specialist will also be tasked with preparing for board reports, quarterly business reviews, and dashboards.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the VP, Sales and is based in Hollywood, CA. The minimum and maximum salary range for this position is $72,211.36 $ to $108,317.04 in California. The target starting pay is between $72,211.36 to $90,264.20.
Responsibilities
· Act as the primary lead for sales reporting and metrics, including retail, member experience and sales.
· Prepare recurring and ad-hoc sales reports and analyze data intended for different stakeholders.
· Prepare and review monthly retail incentive in preparation for payouts.
· Prepare comprehensive and illustrative dashboards for various key business meetings and stakeholder audiences at the senior levels, including our board of directors.
· Be in charge of vendor management for our sales functions, including conducting research, project scoping, RFP, contract review and signature, and/or implementation.
· Lead preliminary market research and help establish business cases as needed.
· Observe and make recommendations to improvement processes and procedures within the sales functions, when appropriate.
· Represent the senior sales leadership team in meetings from time to time.
· Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, minutes, agendas, logistics, calendaring.
· Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
· High school diploma or a 2-year degree preferred.
· A minimum of 2 to 5 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field. Prefer at least two years supervisory or lead employee experience.
· In-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
· Thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities. Ability to read, speak and write clearly to convey information effectively.
· Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office suite products, including outlook, excel, word, and PowerPoint, is a must.
· Experience working with a dashboards or business intelligence reporting tools.
