Working independently, the Procurement Technology Analyst will report to Enterprise Application Manager and closely work with Solution Architects in managing the SAP Procurement and Ariba at King's Hawaiian. This role will involve heavy support of the Procure to Pay value stream and will support the existing S/4 HANA, Ariba and integrated systems landscape with troubleshooting, bug fixing, development and implementation enhancements as required by the business. The Procurement Technology Analyst will work in close partnership with the Procurement, Accounts Payable and Warehousing, and plant logistics teams and will be responsible for adopting emerging technologies and innovating applications for business needs. Employees in this position may interact with their leader when needed, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage S/4 HANA MM and Ariba and support the PTP processes of Supplier management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, contracts, invoicing and possibly integration with systems connected to Accounts Payable such as OnBase and IT Capture.
  • Implement and support Ariba and S/4 Materials Management.
  • Provide technical support to enterprise projects with technical and functional tasks.
  • Work with Architects, Business Analysts and business users to understand the business requirements and develop the functional and technical specification.
  • Document and manage Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Test scripts and other documentation in the development and testing cycles.
  • Work with internal business partners and external partners to drive the initiatives and to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.


BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college.
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and managing Procure to pay processes in SAP MM, especially both direct and indirect purchasing cycles.
  • 5+ Years of Experience with Vendor Masters, Material Masters, inventory management in SAP.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end experience with Upstream and Downstream Ariba Realms.
  • 5+ Years hands on experience in configuration of Ariba SLP, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, Catalog procurement, Commerce automation.
  • 5+ years of experience with S/4 HANA 1709 or later, Enhancements, Reports, Dashboards, Conversion programs, Interfaces, Forms and Workflow in S/4 and Ariba.
  • Strong understanding of Suppliers Master data, contracts, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, 3 way match, Taxes, Vendor invoice management (VIM), Account Payables, Remittance advice etc.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)

  • Expert knowledge of Process Industry desired.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
  • Expert ability to learn quickly and get the job done in a highly visible, high stress situation.
  • Familiar with CPI, CIG, Webservices, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, SAP Gateway, REST, XML, XSLT and SOAP
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.


California compensation range: 130K-170K
Georgia compensation range: 120K-160K
