Inventory Control Lead

An Inventory Control Lead will possess excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and quality of our processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in supervising employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity
- Ensure coverage of labor for special tasks, projects and Receiving
- Responsible for Filling Up Daily Production Review
- Root Cause Analysis of Zone Audit Discrepancy Results - ensure that analysis is performed in a timely manner
- Phantom Reports and Amnesty Bin
- Labor Hours - make sure that hours are reported to the correct category
- Responsible for Weekly Location Healthy Backlog and Dwelling Meetings and Reporting
- Help ensure that zone audit counts are completed quarterly based on Frequency Count defined by Management
- Assistance in Replenishing Production Supplies if needed
- Act as a back -up personnel if needed for daily Inventory tasks
- Maintenance of the Cycle Count Approval Page(s)
- Maintenance of the Location Reports
- Barcode File Cleanup
- Active vs Inactive
- Data Entry Errors
- Item or Lot Adjustments
- Barcode/RFID Changes
- Assist Receiving department if needed
- Run daily and Ad Hoc reports
- Assist in Problem-solving with other departments when inventory issue is reported
- Help report issues to IT for any HJ related issues
- Ensure that JIRA requests are completed in a timely manner
- Provide on the spot coaching according to TBT policies and escalate more severe issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
Who You Are
- Experience in inventory and Excel is a plus
- 3+ years experience as an Inventory Control lead or similar role is required
- A real self-starter; able to work in an autonomous work environment
- Able to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as required. Shift times may change weekly depending on volumes and the Operation’s schedule
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld devices (RF)
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high unit retail Distribution Center environment
- Analytical thinker; able to solve problems quickly and effectively Apparel industry, menswear, and/or startup experience a plus
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Drive
