For over 20 years, HR Solutions has been providing outsourced Payroll, HR Consulting and Employee Benefits services to hundreds of small and medium businesses.

This full-time non-exempt position will be a part of the Implementation Team to be the first service-centric contact for new Clients, gathering all company and employee data, setting the Clients up in PrismHR, and coordinating with other company team members and vendors to ensure an exceptional experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Client implementation process.
  • Collaborates with HRO cross functions.
  • Analyzes and scrubs employee files for import into the HRIS system to begin new hire onboarding.
  • Analyzes and scrubs employee check history for upload.
  • Provides HRIS system training to the client - navigation, employee updates, reporting, onboarding, and enrollment monitoring, HR Action and PTO approvals, and payroll submission and approval.
  • Generates mock payroll reports and submits them to team members for auditing.
  • Maintains relationships with Timeclock vendors (TCP and Timeco), troubleshoot with clients and vendors, pays import definitions, updates Timeclock billing fees for clients. Ability to analyze and discuss with clients their chart of accounts (from any accounting system) for GL file / custom report setup in the PrismHR system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of processing payroll in PrismHR.
  • ClientSpace experience preferred.
  • HRO/PEO/ASO experience required.
  • HRO/ASO experience preferred.
  • PrismHR client implementation experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Full time Permanent position
  • 100% Remote (must have home office) or Hybrid in Baton Rouge, LA
  • Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours (M-F 8:00a - 5:00p)
