About the Job.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This role will be handling full-cycle recruitment and implementing strategic tactics to improve our internal recruiting processes. Success in this role requires a strong and far-reaching professional network, past experience hiring for sales roles, and proven implementation of full-cycle recruiting processes.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling our full-cycle recruiting process, from initial review of resumes and screening of applicants, to coordinating in-person interviews with a hiring team
Managing our ATS, ensuring effective collaboration and use of the tool internally
Actively sourcing candidates and building out a pipeline with future roles in mind
Maintaining a strong hiring workflow, ensuring internal hiring teams adhere to established processes
Ensuring we provide a positive candidate experience throughout all steps of the process
Providing recommendations on ways to improve our employer branding
Staying apprised of hiring and compensation trends, market trends, and ways to attract top talent
Attending recruiting events/opportunities and being an active part of the LA startup community in order to more effectively recruit top talent
Putting metrics behind our hiring and using them to continually make process improvements

What you have:
5+ years of recruiting experience, startup experience preferred
2+ years experience sourcing and recruiting Sales and Business Development talent
Strong industry relationships with a proven record of building a solid candidate pipeline
Ability to effectively source candidates based on desired traits and experience
Winning track record of attracting and retaining top talent in key roles
Experience establishing and implementing a strategic approach to the candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring workflow
