Analyze business needs, develop and implement global sourcing strategies, manage production process, negotiate costs with vendors, and oversee team members for Hot Topic Production team.

Support the repair and maintenance needs of Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Torrid stores. Dispatch contractors, review open repair issues, approve proposals, process invoices, and maintain databases. Requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
