Requires 12 years of experience in project management and a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Plans, organizes, and directs design activities for educational facilities projects, coordinates with architects and consultants, ensures compliance with standards, and manages the design review process.

Assist in the development of project scope and coordination of architectural planning, design, and funding of school facilities. Coordinate pre-construction activities, project schedules, cost control, and quality control. Collaborate with various departments and agencies to ensure timely completion of projects.
